I gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation:

Please let us know within 3 hours to cancel your order. 

We have a 24 hour grace period for cancellations *as long as your order hasn’t been shipped* After 24 hours we cannot guarantee cancellations due to us working daily on orders and pre packaging them to ship.

However if your items have not yet been processed or shipped on our end we can accept cancellations with a 25% restock fee. Please see below:

For those orders that haven’t shipped or yet been processed, we will charge a 25% restock fee after 24 hours of your purchase if you still wish to still cancel. All orders that we cancel after the 24 hour grace period ARE subject to cancellation fee. Orders before the 24 hour grace period will be cancelled as long as we haven’t shipped it, we will honor full cancellation without fee. 

We try our best to limit plastic use, if you order multiple treats of the same kind, we often will package the treats together to use of plastic.

I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

We are not responsible for any packages that state "delivered" once it's marked as delivered from the mail service it's unfortunately out of our hands. We will reship orders that do not arrive as long as it's lost in the mail and does not state it's been delivered. Once the package is shipped, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for the package and its arrival. However, please do contact me so I can further assist and do my best to help. 

We DO recommend buying USPS Priority / UPS as they are insured. USPS first class is NOT insured.
